Edward Stanoch leads Aon Hewitt’s Talent practice for Europe and Aon Hewitt Poland where he is a member of Management Board. Edward has over 18 years experience in strategy and business consulting. He started his career in consulting with Bossard Consultants, later he used to work for Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini. He joined Aon Hewitt in 2002.

He specializes in development and implementation of Strategic Performance Measurement and Control systems. He has got a lot of experience in restructuring, business transformation and change management projects for leading Polish and international companies especially in the energy and chemical industry. He unites long-term experience in consulting and effective cooperation with clients with new business and client relationship development. Edward was a manager of Organization Effectiveness and Strategy Management related project for reputable companies at both local and multinational level. He focuses mainly on Energy, Chemical, Pharmaceutical as well as Financial and IT sector.

His representative clients include : 3M, Vattenfall, Bayersdorf (Nivea), Zakłady Azotowe Puławy (Polish chemical company), SPEC (Warsaw heat distributor), Adamed (pharmaceutical) Teva, Alfa Cement (Holcim Russia), ABB, Provimi, PZU (the biggest Polish insurance company), PKO BP (the biggest Polish bank), OBI Russia.

Edward has represented Aon Hewitt with prominent media groups/publications in Poland including; Rzeczpospolita daily, Puls Biznesu daily, Gazeta Wyborcza daily, Harvard Business Review Poland, Think Tank, Personel Plus and Personel i Zarządzanie. Edward graduated from the University of Economy in Poznań (Poland) and numerous European and American business schools such as: Harvard Business School, INSEAD, London School of Economics and Cornell University. Edward is also a visiting lecturer of the ExMBA at Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
