Mr. Stevens Sainte-Rose joined Coca-Cola Eurasia & Africa Group in March 2010 as Group Human Resources Director based in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role, Stevens provides Human Resources business leadership to over 90 emerging markets including India, Russia, the Middle East, Turkey and the continent of Africa; and has driven performance culture and the development of the right talent and organization capabilities to create future growth for the Coca-Cola system.

Stevens has been with The Coca-Cola Company since July 2005 in roles supporting Marketing, Research & Development, Technical Stewardship, Customer & Commercial Leadership and Strategic Growth. A seasoned Human Resources professional, Stevens has expertise in the fast-moving consumer goods, retail, hospitality, food service and managed-services industries. Stevens brings extensive experience in helping leaders build high performance teams, executive coaching and leadership development, developing organizational culture, strategy development, building organization capability and integrating acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Stevens was the business unit Human Resources Director for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus in the Eurasia & Africa Group. He also supported the Group Marketing and Customer & Commercial Leadership functions. Stevens has made significant contributions in bringing great talent into TCCC and leading the establishment of the Global Marketing Leadership Development Centers.

Before joining the Company, Stevens held a variety of Human Resources leadership and operational positions of increasing scope and impact with ARAMARK Corporation, a global managed services business based in the U.S. His experience in Human Resources also includes roles with Pier 1 Imports and Burger King Corporation.

Stevens holds a Master‘s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Industrial & Labor Relations.
