Ivica Vrančić

Ivica Vrancic, Chartered FCIPD and a professor of HR & People development at COTRUGLI Business School. He has more than fifteen years of experience in human resources and management development working as the most responsible person for this function within different companies and as outside adviser and consultant. Before he moved to education, he has spent five years in Coca-Cola Beverages Croatia, and left the company from the position of HR Manager. Also, he was working as Training & Development Manager and as internal trainer worked with managers and managerial teams within Coca-Cola systems in several European countries. Before this, Mr. Vrančić worked in British American Tobacco and DHL as HR Manager and as Recruitment & Development Specialist in Zagrebačka banka. He gained a BA in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. He participated in many Human Resources seminars within Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco and DHL, while he upgraded his formal education at Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), London School of Business and Institute of Organization-Copenhagen Business School. Relevant experience: • Conducting numerous managerial skills workshops (leadership, coaching, teamwork, change management) for managers at all organizational levels and different companies in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Bulgaria and Romania. • Conducting Situational Leadership workshop for number of managers at all organizational levels in Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Austria, Romania and Bulgaria. • Educating internal trainers in Situational Leadership in Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. • Consulting in Performance Management, Talent Pool Management, organizational culture and introducing of other Human Resources processes and systems within several companies in Croatia and Serbia. • Mentoring and coaching with senior and middle managers in many companies in Croatia. • Educating internal trainers in all 26 countries of big multinational company.
