Gideon Schullman
Head of People Engagement RATIONAL GROUP
Gideon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from over fourteen years as a management professional, focussing in Human Resources both in UK and internationally. Specialising in organisational development, employee relations, engagement, mentoring, learning & development, reward, recognition and resourcing. Built from working across a number of sectors including utilities, finance, facilities management, online gaming, not-for profit and charity. Gideon holds a BSc in Finance & IT, MA in HR, and is a Fellow of the CIPD, CMI and ILM. Since 2007, Gideon has been working at the Rational Group, the worlds largest Poker company, currently as the head of People Engagement.
In addition to this, Gideon has been a Non Exec Director for the UK’s MS Society since 2011. Last year he held the role of Assistant Treasurer and is now the Head of it’s People Committee. He maintains a blog, has had published articles in magazines and has spoken at several conferences on areas relating to employment. Gideon is also currently undergoing rabbinical studies.
